Michael T. Boody

Michael T. Boody is an airline pilot, attorney and an experienced computer engineer.  He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot's certificate for multi engine aircraft as well as FAA Instructor Ratings for multi engine and instrument instruction.  Additionally, he holds FAA type ratings in both jet and turboprop aircraft.

Michael earned his undergraduate degree in computer science from Rutger's University and served as a senior avionics engineer with Rockwell-Collins where he was involved in the design of flight guidance and flight control software for various jet aircraft.

In 2007 he obtained his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Delaware, and is admitted to the following bars:

  • New York State
  • United States District Court for the Southern District of New York
  • United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York
  • United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida


Since 2008, Michael has practiced law almost exclusively in aviation related cases.
